It's been a month since extensive repairs with no problems popping up, IMG did exactly as promised, and made it very easy with an available loaner vehicle. Peter coordinated all aspects so all I really had to do was pay and pick it up when it was done. Paying's never fun, but I got what I paid for at IMG. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend.

Very pleased. They made the experience simple and took the least amount of my time I think they could have in order to get it all done. Maybe it's not the cheapest place in the world but I think it's fair and you get what you pay for.

Best customer service! I called Tony Petrone on a late Friday afternoon regarding my dream car which he had in his lot. I was driving home in it Monday afternoon and that’s only because I couldn’t come see it on Saturday. A couple of weeks later when the check engine light went on, Tony made concessions to get my car in for service the next day and gave me a loaner! His staff is amazing!
