Great customer service. I just bought a car from IMG a week ago and had the misfortune to drive over a large screw that embedded in the tire. I called IMG service and they said bring it right down. I fully expected and anticipated paying for the tire repair. They got my car in immediately, patched the tire and said all I owe them is "a smile and a thank you". The whole process of buying a car from them to this service has been great. Will definitely go back in the future.

Won't go back, was ripped off on warranty service, spoke with owner, he won't help. Misdiagnosed as something minor until 250 miles over warranty then it was an important fix for 1800 dollars.
