Great customer service. I just bought a car from IMG a week ago and had the misfortune to drive over a large screw that embedded in the tire. I called IMG service and they said bring it right down. I fully expected and anticipated paying for the tire repair. They got my car in immediately, patched the tire and said all I owe them is "a smile and a thank you". The whole process of buying a car from them to this service has been great. Will definitely go back in the future.
