International Motor Group took my Mercedes E-500 in for repair of issue the car was sitting on the rear right tire. They replaced the air shock after running some dishes, gave me a 3 year or 30,000 mile guarantee. A few months later the car was again sitting on the rear right tire, they did the repair free of charge. While the vehicle was there they noticed a bad upper right ball joint in the FRONT of the car, and they replaced the serpentine belt and did a front wheel alignment. So far they have honored there warranty and the guys up front Carl and Peter do a great job of listening and making sure the job gets done right. Based on their customer service it's worth the price of repairs and they honor their guarantee.
