I had an exceptional experience with IMG. I was purchasing a Range Rover from a dealership and took the vehicle to IMG for a pre-purchase inspection. Pete in the office was incredibly helpful and efficient. The inspection took about an hour and the technician found two major issues with the car. Their discovery of these issues resulted in the dealer agreeing to make the necessary repairs as part of our sale agreement.
