Though I have had great experiences with the BMW dealer in Warwick, they were not able to get me in on time for my trip so i reached out to IMG in Warwick. I spoke with Carl and not only was he was able to get me in when I needed he drove me up to the airport as well. We reviewed the issues with my car, formed a game plan and he kept me in the loop while I was away. He gained my approval before any work was done. They even saved me money by finding a loose wire on another issue that caused the check engine light to come on. What i thought would be $400.00 turned out to be $20.00. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and I have complete confidence in continuing to work with them in the future.

They are friendly, efficient, and professional every time I take my vehicle to them. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They treat you like family and want it to be as stress free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely continue to go there for any further service and car purchases.
