The Air Suspension on my car failed, and my car was leaning on the passenger's side of my car and riding on the rear [back] tire. International Motor Group responded immediately to my call for assistance to repair my vehicle. They took my car in the very same day that i called them. IMG customer service people were outstanding , Carl and his co-worker have great people skills and straight transparent communication. They really take care of the customer. They did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and were able to source OEM parts for my E500. Prior to calling IMG, had done business with the car dealership who for the 3rd time in one year was too busy and had no openings to service my vehicle for emergency repairs. My plan B was going to a so called Elite independant shop who likewise had no openings for 12 days. IMG going forward is my Plan A1 stop for service. Thank you IMG for your focus on customer cares and providing immediate valuable service. You have earned by your merits a customer from now on.

Though I have had great experiences with the BMW dealer in Warwick, they were not able to get me in on time for my trip so i reached out to IMG in Warwick. I spoke with Carl and not only was he was able to get me in when I needed he drove me up to the airport as well. We reviewed the issues with my car, formed a game plan and he kept me in the loop while I was away. He gained my approval before any work was done. They even saved me money by finding a loose wire on another issue that caused the check engine light to come on. What i thought would be $400.00 turned out to be $20.00. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and I have complete confidence in continuing to work with them in the future.
