Good work as always but I little disappointed in the delay in starting the work
I brought in my very wounded BMW 530xi, and found out that the engine needed considerable work. Carl was the man I worked with and he took me through what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Set me up with a loaner while the work was done. Got my baby back and she purrs like a kitten. I will never take my car to a dealership again. Thanks IMG!

They fixed the original problem (shorted mass air flow sensor) but gave my car back with another unrelated issue (radar sensor warning light on). They wouldn't even look at the problem to give me an estimate on how to fix it without charging me a SECOND service fee ($135). They even noted on the documentation that they gave me that the 2nd issue appeared while they were test driving it after fixing the shorted mass air flow sensor.
