The Air Suspension on my car failed, and my car was leaning on the passenger's side of my car and riding on the rear [back] tire. International Motor Group responded immediately to my call for assistance to repair my vehicle. They took my car in the very same day that i called them. IMG customer service people were outstanding , Carl and his co-worker have great people skills and straight transparent communication. They really take care of the customer. They did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and were able to source OEM parts for my E500. Prior to calling IMG, had done business with the car dealership who for the 3rd time in one year was too busy and had no openings to service my vehicle for emergency repairs. My plan B was going to a so called Elite independant shop who likewise had no openings for 12 days. IMG going forward is my Plan A1 stop for service.
