I had an exceptional experience with IMG. I was purchasing a Range Rover from a dealership and took the vehicle to IMG for a pre-purchase inspection. Pete in the office was incredibly helpful and efficient. The inspection took about an hour and the technician found two major issues with the car. Their discovery of these issues resulted in the dealer agreeing to make the necessary repairs as part of our sale agreement. I am very grateful to have found IMG and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reputable, and knowledgeable service provider.

Tony is honestly the NICEST guy ever. He made the entire experience so happy and positive! My mom and I both bought cars here and every step of the way was seamless and not stressful at all. Tony also gave me a $100 check for referring my mom there! He wasn’t awkward about it or anything BUT he was actually super appreciative and happy to give it to me!!
