Tremendous and prompt service with reasonable and fair pricing! I called IMG on Wednesday afternoon to see if they could look at my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of a grinding sound coming from the rear brakes. Bobby asked me if I could come in at 8:00 a.m. the next day (Thursday) and I was pleased they were able to accommodate me so quickly. I brought the vehicle in and the brake problem was diagnosed within 30-45 minutes. I needed new pads and rotors and was given a fair and reasonable quote for the work that needed to be performed. Bobby asked me my timetable for this service since they work with people to accommodate their timetables and needs. I advised him that I needed the work done as soon as he was able to get to it because of my work schedule that day. After providing me with a ride on their shuttle service to a nearby relative's house, I received a call a couple of hours later advising that the work was done and they sent the shuttle service back to pick me up and get me back to IMG. I was back on the road by 11:00 a.m. I highly recommend IMG to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. While I do not live locally, I will happily come come back to IMG for all of my vehicle service needs!
