I’m a long time customer and never have been disappointed with the service received. Both Carl and Bobby are very professional and accommodating.

More expensive than the dealer!! I sent my car to the dealer Initially and diagnosed some repair needs. THEN, I sent my car here to replace the radiator and brake. labour for the radiator only was $2200(???they said it was 8 hrs job and $175/per hour). Total they billed me $3800. I have to go back an forth to get a $300 discount. It is definitely insulting.. They keep mentioning how seasoned their mechanic was and three years warranty. First of all, two years warranty is guaranteed for most scenarios when you REPLACE parts!! Secondly, replacing only calls “you can do it or not”. Horrible experience with the sales. My lesson learned: Please go to the dealer because you will not save any $$$ by working with this shop. Cleaned my A/C evaporator to eliminate the smell. Will come back for the annual service next year and keep you updated.

I purchased a used Prius last year and decided to look for a local shop for service and repairs. I tried a couple before I decided on International Motor Group. My only regret is that I didn’t explore alternatives to dealer service before now — I’ve lived a couple of miles away since 2004. Not only were the prices less than the dealer and other shops, I was treated with respect whenever I stopped in or called. Carl and Bobby provide excellent customer service and I have confidence in their knowledge. I was either given a loaner car or a ride back home each time I dropped off my car. The office and service areas are impeccably clean. Compared to my experiences with prior shops, they deserve the highest rating. I highly recommend International Motor Group. I bet you’ll agree with my rating of five stars.
