I have been beyond impressed with the service at International Motor Group. Bobby Judge has been professional, accommodating, honest and upfront. I only wish I had brought my car here sooner! I can't recommend them enough.
I had a fantastic experience with the sales side but when I went to this dealership for a warranty repair on my vehicle. The service rep made me feel good about it and said if the warranty company approved the repairs all I would owe is the deductible of $100. After some time I received a phone call stating the warranty repairs were approved 100%, Original bill was $1300 charged to warranty and $700 charged to me. Reviewing the warranty paperwork and how the pricing breakdown on the quote the most I could calculate was $400 owed on my end, but $700 is ridiculous. This is all including 7 hours of labor for the work. After refusing to pay the next day I get a phone call stating the new number is $400. In the moment I thought they were trying to scam me but they might have just messed up the math. Errors happen but I'll never go back there just in case. Now I go to a trusted mechanic and he runs the numbers and according the universal database for all cars he adds up the time he can charge for the job is 3.6 hours……. After pricing the parts and the labor for the job he comes in under $1000. The warranty company paid every dime and I owed him nothing.
We were in a real situation with our sprinter van after driving it across the country, Bobby helped us out like we were family, and got us safely back across to CA. Very professional, good job. You won't regret doing business here.
