Perhaps this should be a 3 star review instead, but i am a bit salty over a few points. Ordered 2 front tires from tirerack.com and had them do an install, alignment, and oil change. The work itself was quality, and the staff was friendly. Review is low due to price and time. Tires arrived late Friday just before close, so it is what it is. It was agreed that first thing Monday morning it would be on the lift, and I was promised that I would have the car back by 12pm Monday. 12:30 rolls around and the car still hadn't gone on the lift. I ended up having to pick the car up with no work done to pick my kids up from daycare, then dropping it off again that night with the promise it would go up first thing Tuesday morning. In all honesty, when I called at 8am, if it wasn't on the lift or getting rolled in at that moment, I would have told them to put the tires in the back and leave the keys under the mat, and I would have gone elsewhere, but that ended up being a moot point. Im lucky I work a salaried position where I can more or less come and go as I please, so I didn't miss out on income. To their credit, once it was on the lift they got the work done quickly and I was able to go into work around midday. I have an hour drive each way and even at 80 mph on Rt95, it rode very smooth. Last point was price: I have a 2010 Ford Escape, and I chose this shop due to location to home. I paid 100 for install and balance (about 20 bucks higher than tirerack quoted, which i understand is "against the rules", but for the process id have to go through im not going to bother), 160 for an alignment, and 108 for an oil change. Maybe I should have foreseen that with the word "international" in the title. If you have a rare/foreign car, I'd absolutely be fine paying that price for an expert on those vehicles. But for a 2010 Ford? Thats by far the highest I've ever paid
