This was our first visit and awesome job guys! The hood open warning was intermittently coming on without reason which also sets off the alarm (not fun at 1-4am). IMG took the Evoque in the next day and had it repaired within 5 hours. This will now be our "go to" service center for both of our vehicles.

Their personable employees were consice in their analysis and presented a clear solution. They prefer to use OEM which cost more but allows them to repair with confidence. They also were proactive in changing the serpentine belt as it was worn. Clear communication and prompt service was truly appreciated. It was my first visit Highly recommend this shop
