Had a great first visit with these guys. They were able to take me in on short notice for a tire repair, no problem. The guys at the shop were all very helpful and friendly. I spoke with Bobby mostly. Great guy and he made the whole experience easy and smooth. Will definitely be back!

If I could, my rating would be much higher. Bobby and Carl never disappoint when it comes to providing a service that is not only of the highest standard, but it’s always a pleasure to talk with them. It’s not unusual for me to ask a question and they have already thought of it. That doesn’t necessarily mean more recommended work. I brought my Prius in yesterday for an inspection and thought it needed an alignment and cabin air filter. Carl had both checked and both were good. I left paying for the inspection and nothing more. My brakes were good as well a year after Toyota told me they wouldn’t pass this inspection. As a woman navigating this service on my own, it’s priceless to know I’m respected and will never be taken advantage of.

My car had a leak and when I called IMG, Bobby quickly and efficiently set up an appointment at my convenience. Once I brought the car in, the technician quickly determined that the leak was coolant and my water pump had to be replaced. Soon thereafter I received a call from Bobby telling me what the problem was and I told him to proceed with the necessary repair. In no time at all I received a call telling me that my car was ready. I picked it up and have had no further problem with the leak. My thanks to Bobby for keeping me informed and to the technician(s) who performed the necessary service. Once again the Service Department at IMG proved that they're the best!

In the year and a half that I have been having my cars serviced here , I must say that I have not had one problem . The service that is rendered is 0 to 10 a “10”. Attention to detail and completing things properly. Bobby George is very good at what he does , I like working with him and Carl also. As long as I own cars they will be serviced here .
