As always, IMG never disappoints...service was done promptly and courteously. The staff; Lenny, Carl, Bobby and all the techs, always have the best interest of their customers in mind. I couldn't be more pleased with this and all of my past experiences with the service department.

If I could, my rating would be much higher. Bobby and Carl never disappoint when it comes to providing a service that is not only of the highest standard, but it’s always a pleasure to talk with them. It’s not unusual for me to ask a question and they have already thought of it. That doesn’t necessarily mean more recommended work. I brought my Prius in yesterday for an inspection and thought it needed an alignment and cabin air filter. Carl had both checked and both were good. I left paying for the inspection and nothing more. My brakes were good as well a year after Toyota told me they wouldn’t pass this inspection. As a woman navigating this service on my own, it’s priceless to know I’m respected and will never be taken advantage of.

My car had a leak and when I called IMG, Bobby quickly and efficiently set up an appointment at my convenience. Once I brought the car in, the technician quickly determined that the leak was coolant and my water pump had to be replaced. Soon thereafter I received a call from Bobby telling me what the problem was and I told him to proceed with the necessary repair. In no time at all I received a call telling me that my car was ready. I picked it up and have had no further problem with the leak. My thanks to Bobby for keeping me informed and to the technician(s) who performed the necessary service. Once again the Service Department at IMG proved that they're the best!

I know that my car is in good hands at IMG. Bobby and the other staff members are true professionals!

In the year and a half that I have been having my cars serviced here , I must say that I have not had one problem . The service that is rendered is 0 to 10 a “10”. Attention to detail and completing things properly. Bobby George is very good at what he does , I like working with him and Carl also. As long as I own cars they will be serviced here .

What a great place to do business with. Bobby, Lenny, Carl, and Maria are so professional yet down to earth and helpful. The prices and turnaround on repair for my car were on point. They treated me like family and my car was only tied up for one day. I will definitely be back!

We brought my wife’s car in for an alignment and install of 4 tires I purchased online. They called after installing and finding one of the new tires was defective. Bobby took care of getting a replacement and had the car back to us first thing this morning. They really did not need to do that since I bought the tires. My wife says it drives like a new car. Thank you! We will be back for future service needs.

IMG and Bobby Judge were phenomenal! They worked on my 2009 Jaguar XKR Portfolio convertible that needed special attention. They addressed issues that other dealerships could not touch. Truly appreciative of the great work and the above and beyond effort and TLC. Great communication when different issues were found too. Will be a regular customer now. Thanks again.
