Excellent service and very professional

My 15 year old Jaguar's a/c system stopped functioning and required expert diagnosis and repair. I discussed the a/c system issues with Bobby and proceeded with the agreed upon repairs. My car was stored indoors overnight, serviced, and ready later the next day. The invoice was detailed with parts, costs and services provided. The entire process was flawless. Great positive attitude, professional demeanor and respectful of my time.

The convertible top on my 2007 Audi A4 ceased working. Brought it to the dealer for repair. $2200 later the top worked but only manually. They said I needed a new pump and motor. Quoted @ $3300.00. Went on line, bought a warranted used part for $200. Carl & Bobby Judge were great, part installed for way less than the dealer quote. My top now operates as it should. Great service, professional and friendly from the first phone call to the time I picked up my car. Will be returning to IMG for all my service and repairs from now on. If you were smart, you would too.

Top shelf as usual. And on time

We have a Volvo. It was making a noise on the front right side near the wheel. Took it in to a Volvo dealer and they couldn’t figure it out. So we drove it for a while longer until we noticed what appeared to be an oil leak in the same location. Tried to set up another appointment and was told more than 1 week. Then tried the other Volvo dealer in RI - same thing. So we tried Int’l Motor Group. Took it in the next day. Bobby Judge was great. Not only did we have a blown strut there were a number of other things which req’d service. They did a complete, thorough job. And, since it was going to take several days straddling the weekend they provided a loaner. We are so happy that we no longer have to depend on the Volvo dealer(s) and have nowfound a reliable and customer service orientated operation.

Carl is very professional. He made me feel confident that IMG could take care of the repair and for a better price than quoted elsewhere.
