This was my first experience at IMG service and I left very pleased. Ben was extremely helpful. I thought I needed brakes and because I was concerned with the cost Ben offered to first do an evaluation. I was happy to learn my car has many more miles to go before it needs to be done. I appreciate Ben going that extra mile and for his honesty. Others would simply do the work. Thank you, Ben. I will certainly return to IMG for any work my car might need.

Carl was amazing, very appreciative for uncle Bert and letting me know about such an amazing facility. Got my vehicle in fast and repaired it while always giving us updates. Much appreciated and will be back

Hi Lenny, Fully satisfied with timeliness of service. Originally had an appt 4 weeks ago for major maintenance VW (85,000) service…parts had to be ordered…..sadly, evening before had a serious accident with a motor hit to the rear of the vehicle. Once cleared for insurance repair, Ben and Carl said no problem. Held onto parts. Took four weeks. Body repair completed this past Monday. Next day in for your service work. All good for me. But kudos to both these young men at the desk for their help and the team for getting the job done by day’s end! Hope the team enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies! So convenient to have you nearby!

Outstanding Experience- After my electric Jaguar was at the Jaguar dealership for 89 days and still not fixed, I had it towed to IMG. Carl and his service technician had it fixed in two days for significantly less than what the dealership would have charged. A+ experience!!!

The crew here were professional and friendly. They were very accommodating and prompt considering I was not from town and even referred me to a wonderful cafe a few blocks away. Top notch customer service I will definitely be coming back with my Mini. Thank you!
