This place is incredible, after going to two mechanics, they were able to properly assess the issue with my car. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but I arrived just at 5:30 to pick up my car, and they quickly reopened, so I could get it. Safe to say, I will never trust anyone else with my car!

Figured I would try these guys as they are closer to home than my old stand by. I was greeted by familiar faces (both had worked at my other spot) so I was immediately comfortable. They did a standard oil service on my Lexus. No big deal. No mysteries. But it was the magic they performed on my Audi convertible roof creak that won me over. You see, I am that guy who hears every little noise, rattle and creak and the top was making me crazy… to the point I didn’t want to get in the car. I took it to the local authorized Audi dealer (Inskip) and they refused to touch it. (I found that curious). The guys at IMG took it in and when I got the car back - noise gone. I’m very pleased and plan to continue to test the team at IMG going forward.
