As always, I appreciate my welcome for service, how the staff respects my time and works to ensure that all work needed is completed professionally in a timely manor so that I can get back on the road, with confidence till the next appointment. The IMG provides the care, service, needed and requested. All work is done correctly and I have never had to return for any work not completed.

The team at the international motor group are fantastic. They are polite, personable, professional, and thorough. They are honest and don't try to sell you a repair unless needed. If they feel a repair may be needed they will asses and let you know if it needs a future, near future, or a now repair. Love them!

As always, Carl was excellent and helpful. Also, was Michael who is a new addition to the team. Ben was also there on his last day so I was happy to get to see him. He was always very kind and courteous on the phone and in person.

This was my first experience at IMG service and I left very pleased. Ben was extremely helpful. I thought I needed brakes and because I was concerned with the cost Ben offered to first do an evaluation. I was happy to learn my car has many more miles to go before it needs to be done.
